Chiropractic Appointments
Many people come to see us with varying symptoms such as low back pain, neck pain, headaches, dizziness, migraines, upper/mid back pain etc. Though Chiropractic may help with symptom relief, we are really here to help you function at your best, regardless of whether you are experiencing symptoms or not.
Initial Appointment: Assessment, Diagnosis & First Adjustment
At Stanmore Bay Chiropractic, we take a detailed history and then utilise specific tests to assess the spine or problematic area. This allows us to get to the cause or root of the problem (i.e. sciatica, low back pain, neck pain etc).
We will also provide Chiropractic treatment to the main area of focus on this visit. We use a range of techniques and tailor the treatment to you.
Second Appointment: Report of findings and adjustment.
In this appointment we relay what we have found from the initial assessment, and we explain how we will tailor the chiropractic treatment to your situation.
This appointment will include Chiropractic treatment using some chiropractic devices and our hands. We will provide advice related to rehab, exercise and overall health and wellbeing.
Regular Adjusting Visits
In these visits we provide you with specific chiropractic treatment that is tailored to you. This will include focusing on the area of pain (lower back, neck etc.) but also on other areas of the spine that need treatment. We also follow up with how you are implementing the lifestyle advice given in the second appointment and implement new strategies to help you achieve your health goals.

Deluxe head to toe treatment
For many of our patients, chiropractic can help with healing and stress relief. Many people have found that it can alleviate their aches and pains. Outside of the key areas that we find on your initial appointment we offer a full body treatment session where you will receive full body chiropractic treatment from your head to toes. This is the ultimate stress relief/healing package.
